Zündspule STROMBERG 44 COIL – 1.5 OHM ignition coil 9708K

The 44 is oil-filled for better cooling and improved voltage insulation.

It’s got quite a kick, too – promising high spark output with electronic or points distributors, 6 or 12 volt, negative or positive ground.

Always check you have the correct coil for your application.

Stromberg e-FIRE electronic distributors (12v negative or 6v positive ground) should be used with a 1.5 Ohm (Ω) coil and no external ballast resistor.

Other distributors may have different requirements.

The 44 is not suitable for capacitive discharge or distributor-less ignition systems.

For most applications, follow your engine manufacturer’s recommendations for spark plug choice and gap.
